Central Ohio

Leslie A. Biskner, CCIM

Leslie A. Biskner currently serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development for Cooperative Business Services LLC in Central Ohio. Leslie has worked in the real estate services industry since graduating from The Ohio State University in 1994. She has completed continuing education courses at Hondros College in Columbus, focusing on real estate transactions. Leslie has over 15 years of successful experience in commercial real estate, both as a buyer and seller, and has worked as a Business Development Officer in such specialty areas as environmentally challenged sites and new construction for several regional and national companies. Leslie has served on several community boards, including the Westerville Parks Foundation, and is a past National Delegate and the 2004 past President of the Columbus Commercial Real Estate Women in Columbus. She is a featured author in Business First of Columbus, an associate member of the Ohio Society of CPA's, a member of The Risk Management Association, a member of Columbus Commercial Industrial Investment Realtors (CCIIR), a member of The Columbus Real Estate Exchangers (CREE) and also a member of the Westerville and Sunbury/Big Walnut Chambers of Commerce. Leslie was awarded with the honor by her CREW peers as the "2009 CREW Networker of the Year," and also received the "2009 CREW Deal of the Year Award."  Leslie is spearheading the 2012 "Lunch with a Legend" program events for CREW in Columbus this year. In October 2010, Leslie successfully completed the Certified Commercial Investment Member education program through the CCIM Institute in Chicago. She was also the recipient of the Ohio Push for the Pin Scholarship by the CCIM Education Foundation in 2010. A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) is a world-wide recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. Leslie currently serves as the 2011 Membership Committee Chair for the Ohio CCIM Chapter.

Circe Cansino

Circe Cansino currently serves as a Business Development Officer for Cooperative Business Services, LLC in Central Ohio.  Circe is a graduate of Hillsdale College in Southern Michigan where she earned a BA in Marketing and Management.  During her time at Hillsdale, Circe competed for Hillsdale Track and Field at a National level.  In her previous career, Circe was licensed to sell Property and Casualty insurance with one of the top insurance firms in the country.  Circe is also active in CREW, WELD, Ohio CCIM Chapter, TechColumbus, the Columbus Chamber of Commerce and other organizations which allow her to be a well-rounded professional eager to understand and serve the needs of her clients.  Circe has successfully completed her first course towards earning the prestigious Certified Commerical Investment Member designation.

Kaylah Dempsey

Kaylah Dempsey currently serves as a Business Development Officer for Cooperative Business Services, LLC in Central Ohio.  Kaylah graduated from the Miami University's Richard T. Farmer School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing.  To supplement her major, Kaylah remained an active member in the finance division of Miami Business Enterprises (MBE), and served as the Alumni Relations Chair of her sorority Alpha Phi, Gamma Nu Chapter.  Kaylah recently completed her first course towards attaining the prestigious designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member.  She is an active member of CREW, the Ohio Chapter of CCIM, the Columbus Chamber of Commerce, the Columbus Metropolitan Club, and the Columbus Young Professionals.  She is interested in participating in organizations that will enable her to grow both personally and professionally, as well as to pursue philanthropic opportunities.

Dayton Metro

Sam Slater

Sam Slater currently serves as Assistant Vice President of Business Development for Cooperative Business Services, LLC in the Dayton Ohio region.  Sam is a 1985 graduate of Cornell University College of Agriculture and Life Sciences with a degree in Agriculture Economics & Business Management.  Sam is also a graduate of the Career Development School through American Bankers Association.  He holds a real estate license in the State of Ohio having completed his education coursework at Hondros College.  Prior to joining CBS Sam was a licensed Realtor specializing in commercial sales and leasing transactions.  His focus was on sales, marketing, contract & lease negotiations, market value analysis, conflict resolution, zoning and environmental issues, appraisal and business plan review, investment analysis, land development and financing options.  Sam has also worked for 13 years as a Corporate Lender for a commercial bank providing a wide array of commercial financing services including real estate mortgages, equipment financing, term loans, working capital lines and SBA loan products.  Sam has over 25 years of direct sales and customer relations experience.  Sam is active in his community as a Member of The Kiwanis Club of Mason, a member of the athletic boosters, and has been a youth sports coach for years in baseball and girls fastpitch softball.

Northeast Ohio

Jonathan A. Mokri

Jonathan A. Mokri currently serves as Assistant Vice President of Business Development for Cooperative Business Services, LLC in Northeast Ohio.  As Assistant Vice President, Jonathan brings a strong background to CBS with regard to traditional commercial real estate lending, real estate development, and non traditional financing.  Prior to joining CBS, Jonathan worked for Geis Companies in their development arm, Hemmingway Development, where he underwrote and coordinated the financing of industrial and office projects throughout the United States.  Jonathan began his career at Pinnacle Financial Group in Independence Ohio, one of the region's top commercial mortgage broker firms, where he learned the fundamentals of commercial real estate finance.  Jonathan has direct work experience with key developments in Cleveland's Midtown and surrounding suburbs, many of which have granted him arcane knowledge of state and federal programs and the ability to secure capital in the form of grants and low interest loans.

Northwest Ohio

John M. Skeldon

John M. Skeldon currently serves as Assistant Vice President of Business Development for Cooperative Business Services, LLC in Northwest Ohio.  John is a 2004 graduate of the University of Toledo's Edward H. Schmidt Business School where he majored in Professional Sales and Commercial Real Estate.  Prior to joining CBS John held positions as an account representative with Crown Equipment Corporation and as both a leasing specialist and development coordinator with Rudolph/Libbe Properties.  While at Rudolph/Libbe Properties John focused his efforts on new business development, specializing in leasing, retail development and build-to-suit opportunities in the Ohio, Michigan, North and South Carolina, and Texas markets.  John is also active in the Toledo community and various industry associations.  He has served as an ICSC Ohio/West Virginia Committee Member (2006-Present), ICSC Next Generation Member (2006-Present), and as a member of both the Toledo Board of Realtors (2006-Present) and as an EPIC Toledo Economic Development Committee Member (2007-Present).  In his free time John volunteers as a Youth Summer Basketball Coach, Youth Educational Tutor and serves as a member of the St. Francis Young Alumni Committee.

Francia A. Harris

Francia Harris currently serves as Assistant Vice President of Business Development for Cooperative Business Services, LLC in Southwest Ohio. Francia is a 2009 graduate of Miami University’s Richard T. Farmer School of Business where she completed a double major in Marketing and Finance. Francia also had the opportunity to study abroad in Italy and Australia. She held internships in Akron, Ohio at the Akron Metropolitan Housing Authority and the Summit County Probate Courthouse. Francia is active in the Cincinnati community. She is a member of the Cincinnati Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW),  National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAOIP), and volunteers for the Cincinnati Youth Collaborative. Francia was recently awarded a full scholarship for the 2011 CREW Convention.

Jessica Corbett

Jessica Corbett currently serves as a Business Development Officer for Cooperative Business Services, LLC in Southwest Ohio.  Jessica is a 2011 graduate of Miami University where she completed a Bachelor's degree in Integrative Studies of Organizational Leadership and Project Management and Visual Media.  While attending Miami University, Jessica was the President of Sigma Alpha Pi Chapter 18657, inspiring young professionals to grow, be challenged and to exceed their goals.  Jessica held an internship at Big Brother Big Sister as a Marketing Officer and worked with Prudential Paramount Properties as an Assistant Office Manager.  Jessica is active in the Cincinnati community where she is a member of Cincinnati Commerical Real Estate Women (CREW) and does volunteer work for organizations like Upward Sports and Big Brother Big Sister.

Lorain Cooper

Lorain Cooper currently serves as Executive Vice President of SBA Lending and Special Assets for Cooperative Business Services LLC. Lorain has worked in the financial services industry since graduating from Florida State College. Lorain has secured additional business lending education through courses from NAGGL (National Association Government Guaranteed Lenders), RMA (Risk Management Association) and ABA (American Bankers Association). Lorain has over 22 years of successful experience in commercial lending and has worked as a Business Development Officer, Assistant Vice President, and Vice President for several regional and national lending institutions throughout the country. Lorain's background includes experience in Special Assets Management and, more recently, in SBA and USDA Business & Industry commercial financing. Lorain is an active member of the Commercial Real Estate Women Forum in Cincinnati and The Risk Management Association.

As Executive Vice President, Lorain is responsible for sucessfully developing and delivering SBA Commercial Loan Services, SBA Packaging and SBA Product Training to area credit union clients and the members they serve.  Lorain is also responsible for Special Assets Management on behalf of Cooperative Business Services LLC.

Andy Weingartner

Andy Weingartner currently serves as Executive Vice President of Business Lending for Cooperative Business Services, LLC (CBS). Andy has worked in the financial services field since graduating in 2002 from Xavier University with a B.S. in Finance. Prior to joining CBS Andy successfully completed the Management Training Program at a large regional bank and has continued his education via the in-depth business lending coursework offered through NAGGL (National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders) and RMA (Risk Management Association).  Andy's experience also includes positions as a bank Portfolio Manager and as a Collateral Analyst for a regional energy provider.

In his role as Executive Vice President of Business Lending at CBS, Andy utilizes his background and experience to underwrite commercial business credit requests, manage credit portfolio risk and concentrations, and assist in business development.  Andy is also actively involved as an instructor in the credit training initiatives offered by CBS.  Andy has worked for Cooperative Business Services since October 2005.

Trevor Haley

Trevor Haley currently serves as Vice President of Business Lending for CBS, LLC. Trevor has worked in the financial services industry since graduating from the University of Iowa in 2006 with a BA in Economics. At Iowa, he was also a member of the Varsity Men’s Swim team from 2002-2006. His background includes nearly 5 years’ work experience as a Credit Analyst since graduation in 2006. He has also worked as a summer intern for a mortgage lending corporation in Southern California.

As an Vice President for Business Lending, Trevor underwrites commercial business credits and assists management with credit portfolio risk.

Angela R. Kelley

Angela R. Kelley currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Cooperative Business Services LLC. Angela has worked in the accounting field since graduating in May 1989 from Ball State University with a B.S. in Accounting. Angela has worked in Public accounting as an audit manager and a tax manager. She has also worked for G.E. Capital preparing extensive account reconciliations and budgets.

As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Angela is responsible for the servicing of member business loans and the financial reporting of Cooperative Business Services LLC. In addition, Angela leads and manages many special projects as it relates to the growth and continued development of the company.

Angela is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Daisy K. Shafer

Daisy K. Shafer currently serves as Senior Vice President of Finance for Cooperative Business Services, LLC (CBS). Daisy has worked in the financial services industry since graduating in June 2003 from Wright State University with a BS in International Business. Daisy's background includes over 2 successful years of service in consumer lending for MidUSA Credit Union and 5 years of commercial lending experience with CBS. 

As Senior Vice President of Finance at CBS, Daisy is responsible for servicing member business loans, accounting for loan participations, daily and month end processing, account reconciliation and supporting the needs of the finance department and the needs of participating credit unions.  Daisy also assists with the servicing and reporting for all SBA loans.

Keith D. Reed

Keith D. Reed currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Cooperative Business Services LLC. Keith has worked in the financial services industry since graduating in May 1988 from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio) with a BS in Finance. Keith has over 19 years of successful experience in commercial lending and has worked as a Business Development Officer, Assistant Vice President, and Vice President for several regional and national lending institutions throughout the country. Keith has focused on both conventional and SBA commercial financing utilizing various lending vehicles available with each lending institution.

As Chief Executive Officer, Keith is responsible for the overall growth and development of Cooperative Business Services LLC as a credit engine utilized to underwrite, service, and manage business credit for owner and subscriber credit unions.
